I WAS DEVELOPING STAGE FRIGHT….
I was developing stage fright as a result of not playing live. Only playing so called “showcases” in front of business people for the last 4 years. It was necessary, but not something I truly enjoyed doing.
So, being invited on a national tour with Danish Barbara Moleko was scary, but it proved to be one of the most important moves I’ve made in a very long time.
Being able to face a real audience again for 15 shows in a row, and most importantly, facing myself and my songs, has made all the difference.
I can’t wait to get out there again, playing my own shows and keep developing as a live performer. It’s exciting and I hope you all like my new single “Nirvana”. Listen to it right here: https://timschou.lnk.to/nirvana
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the tour. Thank you to Barbara and her band, my booker, my management, my brother, my couch angels and my photographers for these beautiful memories and thank you to everyone involved.
It’s safe to say that the stage fright never got a grip on me, and that’s because of you, the audience. Thank you for coming out and listening to my songs like you do.
